The County of Brant is currently considering a Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) that will shape land use decisions across the entire County for years to come. Below are a series of informational pages intended to help residents better understand the proposal and encourage informed participation in the public review process. The first page is a general overview (P1) for all to consider. The second, third, and fourth pages are geared toward clarifying rural/agricultural (P2), town/village/hamlet (P3), and heritage (P4) considerations.
